Thanks for taking the time to look at my monthly real estate update for South Delta and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV).
The focus of this blog is the comparison of where we are today versus where we were a year ago.

The table below shows the changes in both sales and listing levels across the 3 housing categories for all the REBGV during November for each of 2018 and 2019.
Prices – We are now in the time of year where prices are typically softest. However month to month prices have been holding steady for both detached and attached while aparartments have shown a slight decrease since the summer.
Clearly we are in a more robust market postion than we were one year ago. How this will play out as we enter the seasonally busier spring market of 2020 remains to be seen but there is definitely a feeling of returning confidence!
